Matthew B. Morgan received his bachelors of science in Management Information Systems from Brigham Young University. After college, he obtained a masters degree in Medical Informatics followed by a medical degree, both from the University of Utah.

Dr. Morgan completed an internship at Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane, WA, and then spent a year as a radiology informatics fellow at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC). He then went on to complete his residency in diagnostic radiology at UPMC where he served as chief resident and twice received the Roentgen Resident/Fellow Research Award from the Radiological Society of North America. After residency, he completed a fellowship in breast imaging at Magee Women’s Hospital, UPMC.

Dr. Morgan is an author of 5 scientific publications and has presented 12 papers and posters at national scientific meetings. He serves on several national committees and is a reviewer for Radiographics and the Journal of Digital Imaging. Dr. Morgan is currently an attending radiologist at the University of Utah School of Medicine, specializing in breast imaging. He also serves as the VP of Medical Informatics at Amirsys, Inc.
