Dr. Roberto Miranda graduated from the Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia in Lima, Peru. He completed a pathology residency at Brown University and hematopathology fellowship at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. He is an Associate Professor in the department of Hematopathology at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, where he is focused in the diagnoses of lymphomas and leukemias. His research work is in the area of diagnosis and pathogenesis of lymphomas, and in particular, in lymphomas associated with breast implants.
