Dr. Kambham is an associate professor of pathology at Stanford University and serves as a Co-Director of the Nephropathology and Electron Microscopy Services at Stanford University Medical Center. She is also the Associate Residency Program Director for Anatomic Pathology and has received several Pathology and Nephrology teaching awards for her efforts. She has authored or co-authored over 60 peer-reviewed articles on renal diseases and transplantation pathology. After obtaining her medical degree from Osmania Medical College in India, she completed her residency and fellowship training in Anatomic Pathology and Renal Pathology at Columbia University and Stanford University. Her research interests include identifying biomarkers, diagnostic and prognostic markers in native and transplant renal pathology.
