Dr. Garth Fraga is an Assistant Professor of Pathology at the University of Kansas. He is the Director of Dermatopathology and the Pathology Residency. He has published over 20 peer-reviewed articles and  multiple textbook chapters on topics in dermatopathology. He maintains an active practice in dermatopathology and has diagnosed over 100,000 skin biopsies. A graduate of the Pritzker School of Medicine at the University of Chicago, Dr. Fraga did his pathology residency at the University of Kansas and his dermatopathology fellowship at the University of Virginia. His major research interests include epidermal and melanocytic neoplasms. He enjoyed a career in private practice pathology for several years prior to returning to academia.
