Dr. Jessica Comstock is an assistant professor with the University of Utah’s Department of Pathology, Division of Pediatric Pathology. She is the lead author of Diagnostic Pathology: Fetal Histology, and has also contributed to a number of other books in the Diagnostic Pathology series. Dr. Comstock graduated from medical school at the University of Iowa’s Carver College of Medicine, and did her pathology residency training and pediatric pathology fellowship at the University of Utah.  Her major area of work is in autopsy and placental pathology, while also teaching residents and fellows.
